Arizan Kids School Admission Requirements

Parents are required to provied the following documents at the time of admission of their ward.

► Three Copies of Recent Passport size colored photograph.

► Photocopy of Certificate for Age proof.

► Photocopy of PRC/Caste Certificate/Voter ID of Parents for Address proof.

► Medical fitness certificate of Kids.

► Blood Group Test Report of Kids.

► One copy of Recent Passport size colored photograph of Parents.
